No self-serve purchases through this website
Nxolaryn AI does not currently sell automated self-serve subscriptions, downloadable products, or instant software licenses through this website. Any paid evaluation, pilot, implementation support, or software access must be governed by a separate written agreement, order form, or statement of work.
Written agreements control
If a signed agreement, order form, or statement of work includes refund, cancellation, payment, milestone, renewal, or termination terms, those written terms control for that paid engagement.
Cancellation before a paid agreement
You may stop a preliminary inquiry, discovery call, or unpaid evaluation conversation at any time by emailing support@nxolaryn.com.
Refunds for paid work
Because paid work may involve scoped technical review, security preparation, implementation planning, or reserved engineering capacity, refunds are not automatic unless required by applicable law or stated in the signed agreement. Any refund request should be sent to legal@nxolaryn.com and will be reviewed against the applicable written agreement.
Subscription cancellation
If Nxolaryn later offers subscription software, cancellation terms, renewal terms, billing cadence, and any refund eligibility should be stated in the applicable order form or subscription agreement before purchase.
